WOW! Finally a humidifier that WORKS and doesn’t wake the neighbors!
We have tried just about every type/brand of humidifier looking for the perfect one. When I switched the “Venta Sonic VS205″ I knew our quest was over.
An unbelievable “fog cloud” of humidity came out and gently wafted across the room. As the humidity level rose the unit suspended “cloud formation” until the room percentage had dropped below the set level and then started again.The humidity level was monitored by a nifty LCD display.
Pros::
1) Absolutely quiet!!!
2) Runs at least 24 hours on a fill set on 45-50% humidity
3) Monitors the humidity level in your room
Cons:1) The only disadvantage is that it’s a bit tricky to fill.

This humidifier has been great so far. It’s very easy to use. I like the ‘white noise’ of the fan at night. The blue glow is neat, too. Much less messy than the cheap ones. I purchased this humidifier a year ago and have since purchased a second one. Between the two of them, they put a total of about 4 to 5 gallons of water into the air daily. When my humidity would normally be around 22% in winter, these humidifiers have no problem keeping my humidity above 50%.
They are easy to care for.
I clean them only once per year. They are easy to clean.
I also only replace the wicks once per year. Some persons might prefer to replace the wick twice a year.
I have tried many humidifiers before but this is the best one.
For this Christmas, I’m buying one for my Mother who has been complaining about the dry air in her house.
